Christine Rose, ACC Success Stories

Year After Year Growth

Women dealing with work related stress

When she hired me halfway through the year Jeanette, a fabulous woman, creative custom jewelry designer, and savvy business owner, was as she put it "in a slump" with revenue at 50% of normal year-to-date, and other concerns about how things were going in her work and life.

We worked on product mix, marketing strategy, operations, and mindset. She set goals for herself and followed through 100%. By year end she had rebounded, having her most profitable year in the history of her company. The next year, she doubled her profits. She worked with me to help her hire "A Players" for her team, and they added revenue and kept the doors open while she attended to a family matter that took her away from the business for several days.more

She ended this year with what to her was an unbelievable amount of money in the bank, to reinvest into her business. She's delighted with year-after-year growth! She credits the work she did with me for the change in the trajectory of her company.
