About Nancy Hurst

Thank-you for taking the time to read my bio.  I have been working as a counselling psychologist and marriage counsellor for over 20 years. My passion is to help encourage and motivate people to live fully with joy and happiness. I am dedicated to encouraging people to learn to value and love themselves.  The more we value ourselves the better able we are to create mutually loving relationships with spouses, family and friends.

We all face difficult life challenges and feel overwhelmed at times. Seeking help is a way of looking after yourself. Having a confidential, compassionate place where you can be heard, encouraged, and challenged can assist you in getting your life on track.  Sometimes people feel that they should be able to deal with their problems on their own, but my question is why do it on your own when you can have the support of a professional?  I have worked along side people for years as they have grieved the death of a family member, gone through a divorce, struggled with difficult family members and worked to improve an unhappy marriage.
