About Sarah Peyton

Hi, I’m Sarah Peyton, an international speaker, author, neuroscience educator, facilitator of Family Constellations and CNVC certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication.

I weave together cutting-edge relational neuroscience and experiences of healing that unify people with their brains and bodies. I travel all over the world to talk and teach about the way that relationships change our brains, the effect that words have on how we think and how we feel about each other, and what happens when we are precise and warm in the way we talk to ourselves.

The combination of brain research, words and personal journey led to my new book, Your Resonant Self: Guided Meditations and Exercises to Engage Your Brain’s Capacity for Healing.

I’ve received hundreds of testimonials from my workshop participants about how their PTSD, depression, attachment wounds, anxiety and reactive fight/flight/freeze patterns have been transformed into self-compassion and a new capacity for self-care by learning about how the human brain works and how it responds to resonant language.

As a regular contributor to the Global Association of Interpersonal Neurobiology Studies (GAINS), a guest lecturer at the International Systemic Constellations Association (ISCA) and a contributor to the The Knowing Field Journal, I have been interviewed on podcasts and radio shows internationally about the topic of my book, and I look forward to sharing this transformative material with you!

To learn more about how to grow, heal and rewire your brain through the use of warm language and neuroplasticity, I invite you to visit my website and download the free meditations at YourResonantSelf.com.
