About Mary Kuentz

Mary K. Kuentz, CPCC, PCC, is a trainer and professional coach specializing in human development and transformation of the workplace. Trained and certified by the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California, Mary works in trusted partnership with clients world-wide to envision, prioritize and achieve the many possibilities for their personal and professional lives. Mary recognizes the innate desire of every individual to make a lasting contribution to society through life, work and service to others. Through individual and group facilitation, she helps leaders focus their talents to create lives of purpose, fulfillment and accomplishment.

Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, with a specialization in Marketing. A professional coach since 1999, Mary has earned the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation. She is on the faculty of several national and international training organizations including NeighborWorks Training Institute, CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) and Leadership that Works. She was honored to receive the 2015 NeighborWorks America Kenneth Jones/Tony Austin Excellence in Training Award.

As an associate of Leadership That Works, Mary designs and delivers training and coaching programs that help individuals and groups step into their fullest potential, becoming passionate leaders in their families, their communities and their work.

As a coach, Mary is known for her calm clarity, humor and ability to quickly get to the essence while holding the big picture. She is deeply influenced by the wisdom traditions of the world, which she brings wholeheartedly into her life, her coaching and teaching.

In addition to being a professional coach, Mary is a skilled facilitator and trainer of coaching in the government, private and non-profit sectors.
